Hi, my name is Amie, and I've lived in this community for the past 12 years with my husband, two daughters, and our two dogs. Not only is Palm Harbor where my daughters grew up, it's where my family calls home.

Over the past few years, we've seen many families in our area affected by financial stress related to maintaining a property.

My husband, Jim, and I knew we had to do something to help. We feel very passionate that every family—every mom, dad, child, and furbaby—should have a place to go where they can feel safe, comfortable, and proud to call their home.

Jim and I are on a mission to help homeowners find solutions to their real estate problems. For this reason, we started our business, Two Little Birds. We want to help homeowners in our area, who may be struggling with their mortgage payments or overwhelmed by needed repairs, by working with them to let Two Little Birds invest in their property.
